*7. Shipping & Delivery*

Shipping timelines vary depending on the destination. While we take utmost care in packaging and dispatch, delays caused by logistics partners, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch.

*8. Damages in Transit*

In the rare event that a product arrives damaged:

* The customer must notify us within *48 hours of delivery*
* Clear photographs/videos of the damage and packaging must be shared

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
